This exceptional industrial-grade ink boasts superior performance and dependability, featuring enhanced adhesion of up to 34%, significantly sharper text by 19%, and accelerated drying times of 10% compared to standard inks. Its design ensures the most precise and durable results, with uncompromising quality and consistency guaranteed.

Utilizing the "Nozzle-care" feature ensures the printhead remains safeguarded against clogging. Furthermore, the incorporation of a moisturizing agent prevents the printhead from drying out during periods of idleness or disuse, thereby maintaining optimal performance and yielding vibrant, stunning colour outputs.

It is highly advisable to utilize a Powder Shaker machine in conjunction with this ink, as the manual process of powdering and curing can be time-consuming and requires meticulous attention to detail, necessitating the completion of additional minutes.

It is essential to allow the ink to dry to a minimum of 70% air dryness prior to powdering. Applying powder to wet ink can lead to undesirable consequences, as it may absorb ambient humidity, resulting in an unappealing pinkish or reddish discoloration. To mitigate this risk, we recommend utilizing a Low Smoke DTF oven to prevent over-curing and subsequently minimize potential issues.

Curing temp 125C 2-4 mins (Low smoke DTF oven) or depends on the oven you use.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that using this SUPREME DTF INK will not skip you doing maintenance. You still need to do your regular maintenance on your printers.
